“Staff were very nice and professional. However, I had a ceiling light installed. I asked that the electrical line be attached as close to the ceiling beam as possible. I said I wanted to put a wood strip over the electric wire to hide it. When job completed the wire was about4 to 5 inches from the beam and the wire had a metal covering. I called back and Shannon told me he remembered me mentioning the wood strip. He said they would return and make it right. They did return and removed the metal strip and the wiring and replaced it with new wiring. A hole was drilled in the ceiling and the wire was run thru the hole and wired to a receptacle. I was charged $938.00 for the two service calls. With cost of the fixture and installation it cost me over $1,100.00 to have a light in my living room. Too much for a light?“
