We chatted for a bit and then after he checked my system he walked me through everything I needed to know. Did not try to up sale or anything, just gave solid suggestions and advice. Sergei did a fantastic job diagnosing an air conditioner that was no longer working, as well as repairing it. He arrived the same day that I contacted him for the diagnosis, quickly found the problem, and took pictures to explain what was going wrong. I wound up needing a new coil, which he was able to get expedited shipping from the manufacturer and replaced under warranty. He was able to install the new coil the day after he received it, and did so with great attention to detail and competitive pricing.
