Maddie explained the entire process step by step, which immediately put me at ease. While she mentioned it can take up to two months to see full results, I noticed a difference within just a few days — which honestly exceeded my expectations. The entire spa staff is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. Maddie is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about her clients and their results. I’m already looking forward to my next session with her this week and highly recommend Maddie to anyone considering microneedling or skincare services at Lucy Rose Head Spa.

I had the chance to visit the Head Spa at Lucy Rose today, and wow… 10/10 does not even begin to describe it. I’m currently on a hair health journey, and today felt like a major step in the right direction. I already feel so much better after just one treatment, and I can’t wait to see the difference after a few more. The treatment itself? Pure heaven. The best head spa experience I’ve ever had.
