“I always get a nice haircut and nice service when I come here. I want to point out that during my visit, an angry guest showed up after an error with the online queuing app. The Great Clips staff were very polite and explained to the guest that their individual store has no control over the app, but they were happy to take him as soon as they had an available staff member to cut his hair. The man refused to listen to their explanation and demanded to be put at the top of the list, and that he deserved preferential treatment because of the app glitch and because he was a "loyal customer." The Great Clips staff continued to be polite even when the guest canceled his appointment and stormed out. The staff at this Great Clips location were nothing but polite and professional and I hope they know that the rest of the patrons at the store were on their side! I will certainly be returning for my next haircut.“
