Loved the amazing environment. Dr. Kelly was so sweet and considerate, and the employees were so nice to work with; it felt like family! They take so much care of their clients and provide cost friendly options to ensure their pet is healthy and happy.
If only I hadn't moved off and went to college, I would still be working there!!!

This is a good Vet for your pets. The girls that work at the check out counter are so sweet & eager to help you. Their services aren't as pricey as other Vets. I have been going here, since 1999.

Love this animal hospital! I have been searching for a veterinarian who is there for the PETS since I moved back here in 2018. Finally after trying a hospital in Greenville, and Pamlico Animal Hospital (don't even get me started on them), I decided to try Tar River and dont regret it for a second! You aren't going to have to worry about paying for the mortgage on the fancy new bells and whistles building (.....) and you will receive quality care at an affordable price! Dr. Kelly is truly there for the patients. Thank you to all of the staff at Tar River! We will be dog parents/patients for life.
