Professional, safe, polite, cost-effective… caring. Conscientious. Everyone who works for Mr. Marks is top-notch. We live in 100+ year old house in historic district and we’re near the water so we get all kinds of pests. Marks keeps our yard and house under control without harming the environment. Very professional. Went straight to work. I admire Keith's honesty and integrity. He provided me with what I needed and did not try to sell me additional services. They completed their work in record time, and cleaned everything up before they left. I would not hesitate to call them again. Oh, and did I mention that he is very reasonably priced? I recommend this company whole-heartedly!!!

They provide a good service. We had a rocky start with showing up without an appointment, unexplained charges, lost technicians. We got those problems straightened out. They are very polite and nice to work with. This technician showed up a little early, did a thorough job, reported the crawlspace condition and explained all he did and what the charges covered.
