Dr Klugh is wonderful! He has followed me for my glaucoma and annual eye exams for many years! I would not go anywhere else. And when the time comes when I need cataract surgery, I want their team to do it! Friendly staff, the whole team is great.
This was my first eye exam and I didn’t know what to expect. I had questions and I know what I thought I wanted. I felt kinda bad to have to ask questions. Everyone one were so nice and patient with me and I didn’t feel stupid for asking questions. Very friendly staff and the place was very clean
It is always a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Check-in was met with a very kind greeting immediately. I was called in very quickly to my appointment time. Melissa did my initial evaluation and examination. Then I went to see Dr. Klugh and his scribe they were in sync and worked well as a team. He was very friendly explaining things and asking if I had any questions. On completion of my exam, I went to check out, the lady at the checkout was extremely friendly, updated some information and gave me my appointment for next year. This is the second year I have been here with seamless care. Kudos and Thank you. See you next year!
