Melissa is great! I went in for a new look, tired of my flat, thin, long hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She gave me highlights, layers, and styled my hair. I enjoyed a much needed change to my hair. I wanted to go back to my "roots". Heather did a fantastic job and talked me through the process nicely. She's very easy going and a good listener. I always feel relaxed. This was my third visit and of course not my last. I highly recommend Heather!
