I love Vianna Jewelers! I first found them because I had an old sentimental pearl necklace from my grandmother that I wanted to revamp, not only did they do a fantastic job, they cared for the necklace like it was their own. On the day I picked up the necklace I noticed a stunning vintage style engagement ring that would become mine! My boyfriend and I came in to look at engagement rings a few months ago. All the staff was very helpful and were very sweet about letting me try on all the styles I wanted. Vicky was very knowledgeable and was so accommodating in letting me pick the style and type of stone I wanted. I asked for something not already in store and she got a mock-up done by the next day for me to come see it. We decided to buy the ring (the pricing was well within my boyfriend’s budget and she wasn’t overly pushy or trying to oversell us). I went to them to sell or trade gold and they gave me a store credit over and above a dollar amount I could have hoped for. They sized a few rings that hold sentimental value. I couldn't be happier with them. I also bought a few beautiful necklaces and a few pendents. I honestly was surprised how fair their prices are. Lastly they repairs on my chains and cleaning on rings. I can't say enough positive about them. This is a three generation jewelers and gemologist.
