I had a great first session with Eric. He was very informative and kind to helping me understanding what my body needed. I am excited to see the results and changes within the next few months of stretching.

First time professionally stretching; Eric was informational, described every movement before he did it, and I felt an improvement when leaving. I gained knowledge on what not to do and why certain problem areas have became problem areas.

1st visit and will not be my last. Everyone super friendly. Clean facility. Because of numerous surgeries in the last 3 years my body has significant tightness. I walk, workout and cycle and just can't get ahead and back to my old self. Decided to try Stretch Zone and see if adding better stretch techniques and others to do the stretching for me to help move things along. Eric was patient with my limitations and explains everything from the beginning to end. Definitely anyone over 50 trying to stay active should try them.
