Excellent service. Very professional and personal. Hope was very helpful to schedule and reschedule service appointments. She went out of her way to even call me for specific questions and was great responding to my calls. The owner call me to help me find out if the broken part of ac was still under warranty. Southern Seasons took care of the warranty and call me as soon as they knew the part was on its way to schedule the repair ASAP. The technician, Jacob Chase, is very professional and his service was extremely outstanding. Jacob offered me the annual service maintenance and gave me a discount for the service performed that same day. I am very grateful for Southern Seasons fixing our ac unit. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job installing my second thermostat, and replacing/adding the ductwork! Also, today, when my a/c conked out, Anthony himself came out within a couple of hours to take care of the issue.
