Our air conditioning unit decided to stop working on one of the hottest days of the season. It was early evening but I told my husband to call Langley, even if he had to leave a message, to let them know we needed service. We have had a maintenance contract with them for the past two years. He called and told me someone would be here between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. the following day. The next day, a little after 11, a serviceman showed up. He checked the unit, found the problem, fixed it and it was fine. Very responsive, prompt, and informative.
