Beth Norton is amazing! I was referred to this practice by a friend who also had good experiences and I’m so glad I took the advice. Beth really takes the time to listen to you and come up with a plan to get you on the right track and most importantly, feeling better. Highly recommend
This was my first time to see a doctor at heritage primary care. Dr beth was very, efficient, knowledgeable, and understanding towards my issues I expressed to her. I am looking forward to working with her towards meeting my health goals.
It’s urgent care but there’s nothing urgent about their pace or ways of working. I waited close to an hour and three patients, walk ins were seen before me…one whole group left frustrated with teenage patient. Office decor is nice and inside facility clean. Kelly is nice and knowledgable but, they were supposed to send my report to another clinic, I waited ten days and called everyday to their inefficient communication system. Their alignment of communications, checkup, results and appointments is pathetic and unprofessional. I wonder if they can spare some expenses for actual patient portal instead of selling vitamins and vitality concoctions and pills. A professional... read full review
