Simply THE BEST massage experience I have ever had! I am a middle aged woman who has had at least 30 different masseuses in my life. My experience with Alana was THE best, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
My mom and I went here last week and each got a massage. We were first time clients. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. They helped my mom navigate completing her form on a tablet and were patient with her. After completing our forms, we were offered warm neck wraps, water and comfortable seats in the waiting area. I was gifted a massage at Hand and Stone. The staff were wonderful to work with. Helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. Sadly, I forget the name of the masseuse who worked on me, but I was very pleased with her style. Her methods and pressure were just what I needed.
Love this massage group and location specifically! Both the front desk staff and masseuses are kind and knowledgeable. So far working with both Lashelle and Emily have been amazing, focusing on problem points with me and successfully working them out. I always look forward to a session here.
