I chose Nancy to do both my personal and business taxes for 2021. She made some errors that required amended returns. No worries, it happens. However, her response to my request for assistance filling out the IRS forms to claim my employee retention credit was downright rude and why I chose to leave this review. Her response was, "No, I'm not a fan of welfare in any form." Keep your personal politics to yourself Nancy. If you are not willing to help small businesses like mine maximize our tax savings you aren’t doing your job.

I work a 9-5 and my wife has an online business so our taxes are a little more complicated than a typical two income family. We have been trying to do our taxes on our own the last few years but finally listened to a friend's recommendation to go and visit with Nancy Dawkins. Needless to say it was an amazing investment. She gave us a few more areas that we could save money in the future also.
