I went in initially for my first full body cryo therapy session. I left with a wealth of knowledge and resources on alternative therapies to help me make decisions on my current and future health goals. The staff took time to explain in depth, the services provided and how the services will cater to my exact needs. I would highly recommend to anyone who is new to cryo to give them a try! You will not regret it.

I went there today to have the Demi 30 min facial with Amber. She was amazing! She took her time in telling me the products she was using which she said were natural and they also smelled great. She was nice, personable and knowledgeable. She also advised me of what she was doing in each step of the process, since this was my 1st facial here. Amber also gave recommendations for products to keep my face moisturized and smooth.
Well Being Spa has a number of services to get your mind and body tuned up. I will be back to do the 60 min facial and to try some of the cryo services. If you are in need of a facial I would definitely recommend going to... read full review

Amazing experience! I came for compression services after a major surgery to deal with edma in my left leg. I saw immediate results with the swelling. Very thoughtful, relaxing, and professional service. Thank you!
