Andy, Laurie and the team at Clancy Strickland Wheeler are truly one in a million. My family cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion they gave us when they were helping us plan final arrangements for my 19 year old niece Skye who died unexpectedly, earlier this year. Every detail was handled with the utmost care. The care they gave my niece was extraordinary. Their communication is outstanding and we knew what was going to happen when, every step of the way. Last August my mother passes away in my home and had to be brought back to NY. They handled the process with such dignity and compassion which gave me such comfort. Clancy, Stickland and Wheeler made sure we were kept informed and remembered our loss during the holidays and the anniversary of her passing. When the situation arises again, they will be the 1st and only funeral service I will use. Thank you for all your kindness and compassion.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you know you will be taken care of and your lost loved one will be treated with care and respect.
There is never a sense of being rushed, but rather a feeling that they know part of the grieving process is sharing about your loved one.
Even though Andy reminded me about all the details, I still managed to not get to some of them quickly. He went out of his way to make sure it wasn’t an issue for the service.
When the rest of your world is falling apart, they will help hold it together.
