I put in a claim just before 5pm yesterday through my warranty company. I expected to be uncomfortable for days! Mr. Pendergrass was in & out in 15 minutes!! I am so thankful to feel the cold air. I am a disabled veteran with temp regulation proems. So, being without AC in the summer can get dangerous for me. THANK YOU, Tier 1!!!

Tier 1 is a great local company that is truly looking to put their customers first. They have changed their look! On top of the great customer service, they have taken the next step to invest in uniforms for their employees to help you identify and feel comfortable with any representative responding to a call at your home.
