“Needed a new vet since I recently moved to the area. I called to make an appointment for my dog and they were extremely helpful and friendly, scheduled her appointment quickly. When I arrived staff was courteous and friendly. I don’t even think I waited 5 minutes for my dog to be seen. I would highly recommend them.“

“I suspected my cat Athena might've had a UTI. Dr. Aliana and the staff here were extremely sweet. I gave them the symptoms that my cat was having, and they listened attentively. The exam went well, they treated my kitty like a princess! They gave me several options to allow us the choice for our kitty, including bloodwork, urinalysis, but allowing us to take home pain relief and antibiotics. They're all very understanding. They even gave a rabies vaccine for way cheaper than we were getting them, they gave her an ultrasound on her bladder to check her. Even through an emergency situation, like the hurricane, they were calm, allowed checks even though their registers were down, and took care of us and our sweet kitty during this very tumultuous time. It was all affordable, and they allowed for text appointments, which was extremely convenient for our low-signal area. We love you! Thank you for the great service! Everyone here clearly has a deep love for the animals they care for, as well as listening to owners when we know something might be wrong. I can't give enough praises here. They let us ask questions about the medication, and my cat seems to be doing better so far. I can't be happier with the service. If you're in the area, Vale Vet is amazing!
