I'm only giving a one star and shouldn't even have that. My baby is now dead and in heaven with his remains in my home where he belongs. I brought my 8yr old boy in for an issue that was non related to why he died. They knew he had prior illness, not once did they take blood or X-rays or anything, they just kept saying he's in good health. Then one nurse he saw tells my wiife that she thinks euthanizing him would be best. My wife calls me to say that. I said no and called that dr immediately and spoke to her and she says she never mentioned that. Another lie, but not once saying let's take blood so maybe there's something wrong. Fast forward 5 weeks, he had to go to a surgeon, but his regular dr says and I quote " I don't want to stick him in case the other office does" the next visit his surgeon says he's not a candidate for surgery and looks really good. So then he started to get a bloody stool and wasn't eating much., so he was taken back to Troutman murder hospital and we even brought a stool sample for them to examine. They took him out back and did god only knows, and they claimed actually lied but we will say claimed that he ate this food they showed him and said omg he loved this food..... lying bastards..., we looked at the can they gave us which they opened, as we looked at it there wasn't even an tablespoon gone. He didn't love it I know my boy, he was at my side for eight years and we were completely inseparable until you killed him. And you took him from us and from his sister. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not helping our boy when we were speaking for him. You shrug it off like no big deal.not once have you called in sympathy, you should be ashamed of yourselves for not even to say sorry. Shows that you killed him and we have to live this forever. God has a place for you and you are not going to like where he puts you.....

Perfect combination of skill and knowledge paired with empathy and care! I seriously believe that they love my furbabies, and they want to partner with me to keep them as healthy as possible. When "the time" comes (and it has), they will walk down that path with you with compassion and understanding. My pups will always be patients here. ??

The doctors here are very good but the administration staff is not up front about costs. After a second incident occurred I called the manager who was unhelpful in resolving the matter. It wasn’t a great deal of money in dispute either time but after the second incident I felt ripped off and won’t go back out of principle.
