Just got off the phone with them and they are so helpful and understanding about what I need and what I needed.I was a patient with Piedmont health care years ago and I haven't seen another place that beats them.
I have been going to Troutman Family Medicine for a few years, so I have seen amazing workers come and go. I have a few that's still there one just had a baby, one is still in her honey mood stage and my check out lady. I'm not sharing names because I do not have their permission but they know how much they mean to me.
I cant even begin to explain what a godsend this clinic has been to us. Janeal and Dana have been so kind to our entire family and the entire staff in the front office have been so attentive. From myself, to my hubby and my son, she has identified and treated more in a couple months than other physicians have in years. They do a nice job of explaining to kids why antibiotics will not help a virus, and what the potential risks are of antibiotic resistance are when used improperly. This is important to me because I’ve seen my mom struggle with a bone infection after a knee replacement where, due to resistance, it was difficult to treat and took over a year on numerous... read full review
