Hired SHA Mechanical to replace our HVAC. They came highly recommended by neighbors & it is easy to see why. Found them to be very responsive & service oriented. This is a family-owned, local business with 50 years of expertise in the industry instead of what appears to be locally owned companies that have been bought out by private equity, so SHA isn't just all about the money like those equity firms are. They are about providing quality products & services to make happy customers, which we are. Our unit even comes with a 12-year parts & labor warranty!

As a Cosmetologist, I can tell you this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I’m not one to leave reviews but due to the lack of recent reviews I knew that I must tell everyone how AMAZING this experience was. This was my first time there and she made me feel at home right away. When she offered wine or a margarita I was already shocked with excitement. She proceeded to also bring a plate of snacks which is ALL INCLUDED, NO CHARGE. The pedicure itself was fantastic. She is very sanitary and up to state board standards. You might be thinking this sounds like a luxury experience so what’s the cost?? It was under $50!!!!! I was blown away with this experience all thanks to Sue’s hospitality. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone in the Troutman area. I wish I knew about this place sooner because I will only go here from now on!Service: Pedicure

Absolutely Fantastic Experience. Working with Chris Shaw over the course of several years made him become a member of our family, and was he was a true God Send in making our Dream Home become a reality. His attention to detail is uncanny, and his daily communication throughout the build process was unbelievable! We've heard horror stories from others about their relationship with their builders, and Chris was 1000% totally the opposite. We're extremely happy with our new home and almost wish we were ready to build another with Shaw Builders now.
Cheree is a great stylist. I was not sure what cut would work with my naturally curly hair. Cheree listened to what I wanted from my style and then she crafted a cut that works with my curls and my limited styling ability. Thank you for listening to my requests. They installed 3 units in my newly constructed home. David is very responsive and communication could not have been better. Their price was also very good. I like to do business with local, family owned businesses. I felt like an important customer not just “another job”. Very friendly and welcoming staff, I reached to them looking good to get my girl in for a much needed grooming. she was booked out but I asked to be put on a cancelation list if anyone canceled. Lucky for us someone did and she reached out right away asking if I wanted the opening. They took very good care of my girl and she was all dolled up and smelling like strawberries ? afterwards, so cute in her little bandana too! we will be back. Thank you all!
I am rating this for the Barber who operates out of this same location. Out of all of the people who have ever cut my hair, he has done the best job, while also remaining very consistent. I get a more challenging cut, and my hair is thick which makes it harder to manage. Most barbers or hair dressers have had my hair come out looking a little different each time. With him, it has come out the same with every trip. It's hard to find, tucked back behind Kats patch restaurant. But you won't be disappointed. He's great at what he does!

I just had Lance Miller out from the Troutman location to help with a pest problem. I have no knowledge about anything related to pest control, so it was a relief to have someone with so much knowledge about the subject. Lance was a consummate professional and helped me with the problem and then some. I highly recommend BugOut to anyone that needs help with pest.
Lance's team was super quick they had the roof done in one day. They were polite and even helped me move items away from the house before they started. Lance was easy to work with and I definitely couldn't beat the price.
