The original drain lines on my Mr. CoolDIY dry rotted and slow leaked into my attic leaving water to come through my bathroom ceiling. I wanted to replace the lines with solid pvc. So, I called several local heat and air businesses and no one was willing to service it. I called MP Mechanical and tech Michael called me back. He told me exactly what I needed to fix the issue by myself and gave me the confidence I needed to get it done! He even answered my texts while I was at Lowe's getting parts. This could have been an expensive HVAC call, but with Michael's help, I was able to get the job done quickly, by myself, and for only about $40. I really appreciate these guys!

Phillip did a great job with our inspection. Spent way more time than I thought he would, which is a GOOD thing when it comes to home inspection. I tagged along most of the time, and he was happy to explain each and every thing he was checking. He looked at everything from the top of the roof to the bottom of the crawl space, taking plenty of pictures and documenting everything in writing.I feel confident recommending him to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection, and I am pretty sure I would not have gotten this level of service from a larger company.
