I had an amazing experience with them in 2022- I bought used washer and dryer from them. A couple months in a part went bad- they fixed my washer free- and owner was KIND enough to explain the PROBLEM! He is NOT racist. I am in an interracial relationship- and he was NOT rude or disrespectful. I have had my used units for two years absolutely no issues since! And I WILL BE RETURNING! I am appalled at the reviews on here! The owner is small business doing business I think 20 or 30 years and doesn’t deserve the political or religious shakedown! And THATS MY TWO CENTS ON THE MATTER! We just bought our third appliance from Mahan and we have been satisfied with them all. Today, we received great help from Ada at the front counter and JP is always great with our deliveries. We lost a fridge and had it replaced all in the same day! Thanks!

Purchased a washer and dryer set from here 3 years ago. Key points, absolutely professional installation with new hoses new power cords (mine were less than a year old but they insisted on putting new ones on at no additional charge.) 5pm came and went figured they were going to not install and push to tomorrow as many of these companies over promise and under deliver. Not this one. They called me about 5:05 and said “hey we are running behind can we still install for you today.” Absolute top knocth service on that front. We purchased a front load washer and dryer and the owner took ample time to talk me through keeping one clean, mold and mildew free and preventative... read full review
