Such a waste. We went with one of their “high-quality” lines. Re-did upstairs and down. The flooring started separating at the ends 2-weeks after the install. It was repaired, then more started to unlock. Once the ends start separating, the sides do too. Professionally installed. It is not our subfloors as we had the house inspected. The locking mechanism on the ends of the LVP do not secure well. We installed it a few years ago. Will have to rip up both levels when we can afford to change to a reputable brand. Absolutely a mess :/

Went in last week looking for some extra floor that they had put down. The guy working there said he would call me that afternoon. Never received that phone call like he said. So I called back the next day oh this and that reason he didn't call. Ok I will call you back before 5pm the next day. Never received that call. So finally he calls me on Monday tells me that he has a box of the flooring that need. When talking with him I asked him it is the color I need. So Monday afternoon I head to the place to pay and pick up the flooring well I get there and it is the wrong color of flooring. I have driven to this business 3 times to find it closed. It is a 45 minute drive for me. I have left multiple messages and there has yet to be a response. The business was recommended to me by an installer… but I am now very frustrated!!
