Woke up January 10th with no water coming from our faucets. Went outside to see a huge puddle of running water coming from the ground right above where our connection valve is from the street valve. We thought that the pipe had started having leaks, wrong. The pipe connection from the street to our home had become disconnected. Called a different plumbing service to come out and give an estimate, they came out that morning and didn'treceivean estimate till after 5pm (I'm not going to bash another business but it was insanely too high). Called Baity Pluming the next day and they had someone out withing an 1hr, gave an estimate which was much more reasonable. Within 2 hrs of placing the first phone call the problem was fixed and they were extremely polite and professional. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks again for your fantastic service!
