I ordered "pretty in pink azalea plant" and and "premium blooming joy bouquet" for my grandma as it was her birthday and 2 days later mother's day. My grandma received a peace Lilly and a peace Lilly bouquet. The shop did not call to discuss replacements or other options, just sent some guys out with funeral flowers on her special day. What's worse is she just got rid of all the peace lillys from my grandfather's funeral so thanks for that. I understand it was a same day order but I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss other options or a refund.
