Everyone from Dr. Cardwell down is professional and friendly. There are some negative reviews from years ago about scheduling problems, but in my experience the receptionists have been very thoughtful with my demanding schedule, and i've never had an issue with appointments. Anna has done all my cleaning and is very skilled at her craft and with communicating what is going on so I'm not worried or stressed. She addresses any questions or concerns I have, and I never feel rushed or ignored.The office building is clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the mountains and downtown Sylva outside the windows. The entire staff here at Cardwell is amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Whether it be routine cleanings or even extractions these people know there stuff and make going to the dentist as comfortable as possible for adults and children alike. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
