Blue Ridge Premier Realty began in August 2009 in an affiliated Sylva real estate company to meet both the needs of our clients who wanted quality renters in their homes until the sales market could improve and also to meet the increasing demand for quality homes for rent. When the opportunity came in 2016 to buy a home in Historic Dillsboro and convert into our new bigger office we jumped on it. After 5 months of renovation, we moved into our new space in February 2017 and quickly increased the number of brokers in our office from 2 to 8. As one of the fastest growing full service real estate companies in the Jackson County area, we are proud of our REALTORS and the integrity we all bring to the real estate industry.
