Bradley’s Painting spent a week getting my house ready for sale. They did a fantastic job of painting my house’s ceilings, crown moldings, sun-room/kitchen nook and doors. Anyone who has painted, knows how challenging a ceiling can be to paint, especially with different colors. I highly recommend Bradley's Painting!
One of the most dependable and professional companies in WNC. They repaired my well on Balsam when the 30 y/o line cracked a year ago and again just recently when a short term renter obliterated the well head with his box trailer. Green Brothers in Sylva came right away to my rescue, making the repairs in a matter of hours. The workers were respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Each time, I found the bill quite reasonable. The women in charge ; ) always indulge my questions and offer helpful advice. Please, please never sell this business.

This is a beautiful space conveniently located in downtown Sylva, with an array of offerings designed to get you moving! The owner is friendly and personable, and teaches at the studio! They also have an in-house tattoo artist, should you want to indulge your artistic side!

Talking to a lawyer can be intimidating. But Mr. Harper and his son, Josh, are very knowledgeable about workers comp. and go well above the norm to make you feel at ease and keep you informed on your case. They have always been available if we had a question, or in need of information. I would highly recommend their law firm for any worker’s compensation problems. I would also give them 10 stars, if I could- I absolutely 100% recommend them!! Best lawyers in the area.
I felt defeated but Mr. Pavey was very patient and understanding. After we settled I thought I was going into a financial crisis with legal fees. They refunded a substantial amount which I really appreciated. He definitely did his job thank you so much!I also appreciated the break down of the cost. Some other local business(Wards Plumbing)should take notes.
Sabrina was amazing and extremely helpful, as a man with long hair I can honestly say I've never walked out of a barber shop or hair salon happy with my haircut until today. A MANS Barber Shop, not a salon. This was my first trip to Lucky's and I will be back when I am in Sylva. Vance cut my hair, USMC medium, and it is one of the best haircuts I've had since I left the military.
This is the kind of place where a guy can go and not mind having to wait for 45 minutes to be the "Next" in the place. For those of you who get the reference this place is "Floyd's Barber Shop", not sure if they have a checker board or not but its still a GREAT place to get a haircut and talk and get to know people.
Requested style: My butt wasn't even in the chair good and Vance was asking how I wanted by hair cut. He's a Marine so he and I speak the same language when it comees to haircutts. Highly recommend.

This was my first time coming here and I’m always a little nervous going to new places because I never know what kind of service I’m going to get, but let me tell you this place was amazing. I came in wanting gel for my toes and nails and I got the best service I could have asked for. They took their time and gave me flawless results. They just gained a forever customer!

I have tried to get my hair the way I wanted it for three years now I’ve been to I’ve been too many salons and spent a lot of money and never got what I want. My man went and visited studio E talked to a lady and got an appointment set up my appointment with Yvonne and she did a fantastic job so ladies even men if there is a color out there that you want and you ain’t been able to please go see the studio they are the best and they make you feel so comfortable and their prices are great. 20 stars if I could. Today was the first time I've ever been to this salon and I was Absolutely thrilled with my haircut! Charity was my stylist and she is Awesome! I have longer hair and in the 24 years I've been in NC no one has ever been able to layer my hair right. I am so thankful I chose this place and even more Thankful I got Charity! My search for a Great haircut is over!

I feel so incredibly BLESSED to be local to Fusions for the resort like experience so close to home. The spa amenities, the skilled staff, the vibe, the best massage in WNC, hands down. Devin is incredibly knowledgeable in caring for people like me that work out pretty intensely. I recently had a vacation massage at a resort in Puerto Rico and it was absolute garbage compared to the care I receive here. I’m spoiled! ???
i went to mr. johnny lance for a realistic memorial tattoo in june 2023, and let me just tell you how absolutely amazing he is not only with his art but also his personality is the greatest and he really makes you feel warm, welcome, and comfortable. he absolutely knocked it out of the park with my tattoos. i just went back for some touch ups about a week ago and hes still just as amazing!! i will never go to another artist! i trust johnny with my life lol. as you can see from the drawings inside of his shop he is just truly an amazing, very very talented artist!

My chow Misty got very sick, very suddenly. This place was affordable (only $185 exam fee compared to $500+ at other places I called.) They quickly assessed her and told me it was very bad with a very poor prognosis and that even with the expensive surgery, she might not make it. This, to me, was important. It was a lot of money. I told them go ahead and do it and they did and she actually lived which is astounding. I have some vet med experience and have owned many dogs and am heavily involved with dogs. I knew the score. I knew she was almost certainly just going to die. This place saved her. Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable veterinarian who has been practicing as long as I've been alive.

Our old vets office had taken some turns for the worse, after many years we switched to Jackson County Veterinary when our cat became sick. They worked us in same day, "old vets said it would be 3 days". Everyone at Jackson County Veterinary is Very Very nice. The cat is back to chasing bugs and lizards around the yard and we have a new vet.
Caring staff, lovely facility. I was so thankful they had a work in appt available for my dtrs cat. Her move out of state was moved up by a few weeks so this was a prayer answered!!
Snips Dips \\u0026 Bows is our favorite groomer. Kathy gives our golden doodle the best cut and shampoo of any groomer in Jackson County, NC. Others just don't cut it. We always enjoy bringing our furry friend to Snips Dips \\u0026 Bows.
Roy and Vivian took such great care of my dog Sadie when I had to visit a sick family member last minute. Sadie needed medication and to be monitored because she was having seizures. Roy was in consistent communication with me, sending me videos and letting me know she was doing well and she was getting her medication. I had such a positive experience with boarding Sadie at Dogwood Acres. It's such a gorgeous property too! My kids said they expected fairies and woodland creatures to be hidden in the woods (they're not wrong - it's beautiful). Looking forward to boarding Sadie with them again when I go out of town.
Maisie the Doberdane loved her first visit. She will return weekly to stay her best self!
