The manager of this store has to be the most unintelligent person that I have ever come across in retail stores. We went in and selected our items and went to check out at the lawn and garden register. They were paying someone to stand at the register to tell people that they couldn't check out there. If you can pay someone to play on their phone and rudely tell people that they can't check out, you can pay them to run the register! Wow....smh

What's worse than going to the grocery store at the beginning of the week to be all ready for the new week, to wake up the next morning and all your food is moldy you can't even make breakfast. This Walmart is terrible! 2 weeks ago we got wet cat food there and once we opened it there was one cup that had been chewed through by maggots that ate the cat food. Disgusting!! We are done with this Walmart and you shouldn't even waste your time here.

Was horrific breaking us down to tears... we went to check out with Judy at the Swansboro NC store 7179. We had a dog bed where several other dog beds were stacked up for $19.98. It ran up $34. We told Judy that was not the price on the shelf. We ask if she could get someone to go back and check because there was several more. She rolled her eyes and said No the price is what it rang up you want it or not. She spoke in a very demeaning and rude & sarcastic way. The lady behind us went to another register to ring up because she said that Judy was way to rude. We said just forget it we dont want it. She proceeded to ring up another item at the wring price again. All items were pet items. We said wait a minute we need someone to check these prices because they are coming up wrong. Judy the sales associate it is what it is my register is correct. We told judy then they are tagged and sticked wring in that department. She said we were wrong. I asked her why she was so rude. She said the price is right. I again asked them to go look and do a price check. Then Tammy the team leader came over yanked the dog crated away stomp off grunting she didnt know why she had to do this.. she never spoke to us acknowledged us or anything. We didnt know what she was doing or if she'd be back. That same customer behind us that saw what happen was in the next line and stepped over and said Im so sorry they are treating you this way. By that time we were shaking and in tears and ready to leave. I told Judy i have shopped walmart my whole since i was 19 im now 54 and never experienced such rude hateful staff. Tammy you going buy this or not. My adult daughter (25 RN) she you are acting terrible Judy said and you arent huh? Another clerk told Judy to shut up. Tammy came back and said too bad the price is right. We um no its not can we show you? She said no. You can get it or not. I said you know what there has to be a manager. Can i get your names she said no but i saw their name tags. About that time Justin the manager came over. Listen to us explain what happen & took us to another register to ring us up because we had to have dog food. As he was ringing us up you could hear Tammy & Judy laughing and pointing at us. I asked Justin to look behind him at those two. I asked him where he gets his employees and has walmart now disregarded any type of respect or kindness to their customers? Judy & Tammy never once even tried to apologize or have a kind or helpful word. Needless to say we will no longer support our local walmart or any walmart for that matter. I know our community here in Swansboro will be so disappointed at the service this walmart is providing.
