Have had issues with our business unit in the past and every time it was just the quickest fix and that ac company was on to the next. I called Trademaster's, Dave and Alex came they looked over the entire system did a complete evaluation, gave us the recommendations and had the unit back up and running. They communicated with us thru the entire repair! We even met Joey who was very knowledgeable and had a nice discussion about our other office and rental locations. Will call them for any other issues and for preventative Maintenance! Thank you guys!!

Almost two weeks ago our THX (or something like that) went out in our two year old unit (not installed by Trademasters) Joey was able to make it out to our home the day we called him to diagnose the issue. Throughout the entire process he and his guys have been punctual, friendly, and very informative. I also found out they offer an annual service and signed up for that. They made customers for life with us. To be clear, the company that actually installed the unit (likely not properly) said it would be at least a week before they would even come to look at it. I and our 5 animals can’t thank y’all enough for getting our home cooled again.
