Charlie was very professional and personable. He showed up at the arranged time and explained his thoughts on how to best treat my pest problems. After the treatment was completed, Charlie explained what he had done, the products he had used, and what I could expect to see within a few days. I haven't observed any large cockroaches inside my home since we started pest control services with him.
