“I found this business via a Google search, and after reading the reviews, made an appointment with Dee.

My hair has been a mess for the last two years, transitioning from a short cut to longer hair. Healthy, but very unruly with sections that are flat, barely wavy, and others often frizzy and knotted.

Reading about natural hair, products and processes for care routines and styling, and watching countless videos left me overwhelmed and hopeless. Arriving for the new client curl session, I was filled with anticipation and curiosity, not knowing what to expected for my specific locks.

From beginning to end, I learned, watched, and absorbed as much as I could and enjoyed every second of my time with Dee. After a chat, she cut my hair (dry, not wet, which was shocking and a first for me), detoxed, shampooed, conditioned, applied styling product, dried, and then styled my hair. Dee explained what she was doing, the products and tools being used, and showed me how much product to use while talking me through the application technique. The hands on demonstration and presentation was easy to understand and remember.

At the end of our session, I purchased the needed products, and Dee walked me through my refresh steps, including recommendations for how to maximize hair health and curl while sleeping.

I could not be more thrilled! This was by far the best hair session I’ve ever experienced, and Dee is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, gentle, informative, and talented. Have no doubts or worries - this salon and team are top notch!

Skin care routine is very important for this age so she taught them how to care for their faces the right way! She was very patient with them as they worked through the process. They ended with a really nice eye shadow look that wasn’t too extravagant (which is what I asked for). They also got basic nail/toe services if desired. The atmosphere was very comfortable. I came in with my little girl who had knots in her hair (not enough time to explain!) and she helped me get the knots all out and then proceeded to do all the work of washing, drying, cutting and styling. I know she had another client but she stayed cool and collected and did her work - which is fantastic btw! Now I’m confident my daughter won’t have more knots and she looks adorable! 10 out of 10! I’d recommend Alice any day hands down!
