Jay did a home inspection on an older home I am buying and he was very professional, prompt, gave me a detailed report and even a discount after the inspection took less time than we thought. He even went back and looked at another area of the house that was missed since the crawl space area was locked and took some photos for me at no charge. I will recommend him to everyone buying a house in this area. He took the time to explore the house and try to figure out how the house was built and added on over the years. I have been using Jay Gardner for 14 years and he is my go to for Home Inspections. His experience in residential construction is an asset so I feel confident in his inspection. He makes the buyer & agent aware of concerns, and takes the time to explain in detail. I used him for my daughters home and he warned of the potential water problem, but they bought the home and sure enough they incurred water problems.
