He listens to whatever a patient says and answers all questions no matter what they are. His staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This staff knows what they are doing and enjoy providing excellent customer service. I will continue visiting Dr. Norton and his staff ongoing. “About 5 years ago I chose Summerfield Family Dentistry for my daughters based on a decision made by my ex-wife & I. My dentist for the past 20 years passed away very unexpectedly last year so I decided to become a patient here as well. Just this afternoon I had to have a cap placed on a cracked molar which was the first major work done on my teeth since 2013 - I was nervous for many reasons! I had developed a huge amount of trust in my last dentist and this practice had not done any work on my teeth other than a cleaning, so I was stressed.
During the time I was in the chair I was very pleased and impressed with many aspects of the labor intensive service they provided me. I did not feel the needle for the numbing agent due to their skill, I never felt the need to gag, I felt no pain (just the odd feeling of drilling near a live nerve) and I was super impressed with the amount of technology used on my teeth to provide this high level of service to place a porcelain cap - x-rays, small camera recording and computer work.
I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism, technology and customer service at a dentist office as I had today. I am proud to say I chose well for my daughters 5 years ago and now I too can benefit from the decision as well.“

The staff is courteous, friendly, and made us feel welcome and at ease from the beginning. Dr. Walker and his staff explained to us the various treatment options, associated costs and insurance coverage. Dr. Walker uses state of the art equipment and is very knowledgeable. “I highly recommend Dr. Phelps and crew if you’re looking for the best dentistry in the triad area. My front teeth haven’t looked this good ever that I remember. She said I would feel a little sting with the numbing stuff, honestly never felt it at all, and the numbing stuff worked great, I would post before and after pics but I don’t have the before to share, but 3 fillings in the front at the gum line and it looks amazing, very thorough staff, quick, efficient and made me feel at home. “As soon as he saw me.He seemed to really want to pull my tooth that was abcessed,and should have been on an antibiotic for several days first.I know he had at least 2 patients before me who were having theirs pulled,and the wating room was fullHe told me tooth extractions were like $300 something.He was the only staff member working that I saw.It was on a Sunday too..Reguardless if he was trying to pay the bills by doing a bunch of extractions.I am still glad he was open after hours on a Sunday,bc tooth aches are nothing to play with.I got an antibiotic,and a something for pain too in which I am very grateful...He was kind just seemed to really want to pull my tooth .I would probablly go back to him on a weekend.“
