Although this company was a little bit higher than my other quotes, I chose them first off because of the gentleman, Jay, who came out to give us the quote to begin with. He knew what he was talking about and pointed out so many more key points than the others. Next up is Tiffany, you will never know if she is on break, out of the office, on vacation etc...because she picks up the phone and answers texts regardless. She is beyond helpful and informative. Last up is the crew. Upbeat, super friendly Crawford is the crew lead. Takes the time to listen and picks up on the tiniest of detail when you explain your vision. His crew was Eric and Jason. We have had Universal do work for us, for years. Every time, they have done an exceptional job and we really appreciate their commitment to doing the work right, and their friendly attitude.
Tiffany (the office manager) and her team are so amazing at what they do. You can have them come out for a quote or you can go to their office and have a sit down- super convenient and easy to get along with. I definitely recommend them for any projects around the house!
