Came in early for my appointment that I made over a month ago, the front desk staff didn’t greet me. Instead they were talking to eachother as I’m standing in front of the closed glass window. Finally they acknowledged me without even opening the glass with a “grab a seat I’ll help you in a second” . 25 minutes go by and 2 other guest walk in during that time and both of them were properly greeted and helped immediately. she then calls me back to the desk and ask me what I need after sitting there for 25 mins. I love my Doctor I'm not gonna mention my doctor's name cause he's a good Doctor but this is just ridiculous how I have been calling almost every day since the sixth and keep getting run around my doctor's owl sick which that's not his problem but the thing is that I thought that if a Doctor was sick someone is to feel him for that Doctor I just keep getting the running rounds I had 2 appointments that got canceled first time I got canceled I was notified the second time which was today Even call a different location and the lady told me that she was just sending a message over and I told her that they said no one was in the office today and she said well they got your...read full review

If you enjoy going somewhere you are not valued as a patient, then this place is for you!! David Zahm used to be a very good doctor, very knowledgeable but unfortunately his ego is bigger than his brain these days. His staff is rude, can’t be bothered and clueless at resolving problems. It takes days to get your prescriptions refilled, and most of the time you have to jump thru hoops and send a message to the nurse to even get a response, if they even do. They convinced me it was my pharmacy so I switched- guess what? Same problems same excuses.
