When you put your confidence in them for your climate control needs, you are not going to end up disappointed. These people go out of their way to do quality work and to make sure you’re happy. You can feel confident hiring Duncan heating and air conditioning for your installation and service needs. They’re going to still be in business if you ever need that warranty.
UPDATED REVIEW: 2024: My old system was having some issues which was going to cost a good amount, but there was no guarantee on how long the replacement part would last. A couple weeks ago I was having a cooling issue, therefore I did not want to have a system failure during the hotter summer months. I obtained 2 other quotes since a new system is not cheap. I've had such great service for the last 4 years and really wanted to stay with Duncan. I've just got to say that all their office staff and technicians are knowledgeable and just great to work with.
