My family are so excited now that we have our Ac working again, we had been through the wringer with other companies to try and get it fixed ! All the other companies did was band-Aid finally called Duncan ! And they sent out a guy by the name of Landen who tried for over 3 hours to figure out the root of the problem, Landen came to me and apologized and said I’m stumped! And I’m not sure what’s going on but was very determined to help , he called the office and gave them the run down of what was going on and told me that they had to get another technician out to lay another set of eyes 👀 on it to find the issue with in 20 minutes I got a call from Tyler who was coming from Troutman and said he was on the way ! When Tyler arrived he was with a young gentleman by the name of Aron , who was an apprentice just starting out and learning let me tell you how eager this young man was to learn everything he could about HVAC he was taking notes and absorbed all he could yesterday! I know his family is so proud of him! Tyler and him began to dig in and find the root cause of my Ac problem and bingo they found it ! Now my system is 20 years old and we were told that he would do whatever it took for better or worse to figure out how to fix it to say the least I’m thrilled to have my Ac working again is an understatement. I could be more grateful for the wonderful customer service they provided to me and my family he even check in on us this morning to make sure we were doing good my family and I will be forever grateful thankful to them and Duncan heating and air, we will never contact anyone else except them for our HVAC needs Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕 thank you 🙏
Great guys to work with. Called one Sunday morning around 10am because A/C stopped working. We got home from church and it was working! Quick response and awesome customer service!
