Appreciated the quick response to the request for in-home care by a phone call and being able to speak to someone locally rather than by an email or speaking to someone many states away.All our caregivers, PT and OT, have been local, friendly, caring, and supportive, professional, and prompt.Extremely pleased with all our in-home sessions and the communications with Centerwell.
The people that I have had connections with have all been very polite courteous etc even when I made some errors in booking appts. Took in all in stride and made the situations work. All have been an asset to your business. i would like to specifically give a HUGH! thank you to Kim, who has been great asset to your company all the way!! Thank you Della!!
