I do not feel they worked hard enough for me. They do NOT go above and beyond. They work slow. Takes at least 2 weeks to get an approval. Not to fail to mention she was rude and snarky. There are plenty of banks that offer land loans. It’s a thing now. Call around. Terrible service

We received excellent service at Carolina Farm Credit! Everyone went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with the financing for the construction of our new home! Our loan officer Peggy Broach was amazing! She was there to help me every step of the way. I always knew she was just a phone call away! They truly make you feel like family at Carolina Farm Credit. Peggy Broach is a solid businesswoman with an exceptional work ethic. She clearly knows her profession. We first met Peggy in 2018 when we shared with her our plan to purchase a beautiful piece of acreage we found in Yadkin County to build a house. We wanted to finance both the land purchase and the new home construction. She was open and honest about everything we needed to do to make it happen.
