My air-conditioning went out during the extreme July heat wave on 07/28/2025. John and Katie quickly responded from Bustle Heating and Cooling and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The price I was charged was extremely fair. John and Katie were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second time I used Bustle Heating and Cooling and both experiences were excellent. They will continue to be my go to company for heat and air-conditioning.
I recommend Bustle Heating and Air 100%. I called to set up an appointment to have my heating and air unit checked… thinking it would be a few days before they could come out. Well Robert and his crew worked me in … same day and they came out to check it out. It was a week when it was extremely cold so they were very busy but were nice enough to check me out on the end of their day, when they could have went home and made me wait. They were very thorough and figured out what was wrong with my unit in little time. They ordered the part that I needed and had it back in 2 days. They fixed it and had me warm and in good shape in no team. His entire team was friendly, thorough and very professional. I felt confident from the beginning that he knew his stuff and that they were going to fix it right! When he explained what was wrong… he broke it down so clearly, that I was able to , not only repeat it to my husband when he came home from work, but also so I could understand what was going on with my unit. I highly recommend Bustle…. Great customer service and affordable prices.
