My interactions with the nurses have generally been positive, which I appreciate. However, I want to emphasize the importance of certain protocols, such as wearing gloves during procedures like drawing blood. It’s crucial for ensuring safety and hygiene.

On another note, while I enjoy being friendly and open, I’ve encountered situations where an individual have asked overly probing questions, especially during home visits. I’ve been a patient with Helms for a couple months now. My nurse, Abby, is a gem! While the coordination team of Helms is disorganized, my nurse is not, and without a doubt she’s one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. Her medical knowledge, attention to detail, and vibe are A+! So glad she’s the one managing my care. Thank you Abby!

I required some assistance at home and was referred by my hospital to Helms home care after I was in the hospital for a week. The assistance and care that I received at the hospital was well above average. Then, I was referred for the outside assistance, and I have to say that things went very well. Trisha Coppin was my at home healthcare nurse and she was extremely professional and considerate. She made sure that I was comfortable with everything and insured my doubtful mind that I had a contact , or a go to, if I need to do anything at all during my final recovery.
