My wife and I are purchasing a home and Bill came out and actually took his time, he answered every question, made sure I understood everything, felt like I was talking to a friend! Bill thoroughly inspected the whole place, even the seller was impressed and wanted his information. The report had great details, tons of pictures, we are more than satisfied and so glad we went with him! Truly a great guy who knows what he's doing!
