“I had a fantastic experience with Suddreth Heating & Cooling. I noticed my AC started creeping up into the 80's despite it being set to 72. The Carolina heat is no joke and was hitting over 90 degrees outside.<br><br>Being limited in options on a Saturday at 5:30pm, I gave Suddreth Heating & Cooling a call and I'm glad I did. Andrew was able to come out within 15 minutes to take a look and see what was going on.<br><br>Andrew was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue as being a leak in the evaporator coil. Unfortunately, the replacement part couldn't be obtained until Monday. He did, however, get the AC running temporarily so we could stay cool over the weekend.<br><br>On Monday, Andrew came back with a new evaporator coil and was able to swap the part out successfully and the AC was working again as it should.<br><br>I'm so grateful for the quick response and excellent service.
