They did a huge exterior remodel on our home including all new windows, changing vinyl cedar shake to hardie board, remodeling our front porch, and more. Our initial contact was with Christian Moon, who did a great job stepping us through the process and putting together the quote reflecting exactly what we wanted to do. We went through many drafts and changes of this plan and he was very patient with us as we fine-tuned all the details. Our project manager was Travis and he was wonderful to work with! Travis was a great communicator, which was important to us. He managed all the subcontractors to ensure things were done efficiently and correctly. He also coordinated and communicated with the painters that we hired to limewash the brick and stain the wood. For such a big project, we ran into very few problems, and when there were issues they were handled professionally and promptly. We would describe SHS as being professional, trustworthy, and high quality! We are very happy with the results. We recommend SHS homes 100%!“

This included knocking down two walls, adding windows through brick, moving the electrical panel and updating wiring throughout, changing the footprint of the kitchen and moving plumbing lines for laundry.
