When I first moved to Spruce Pine, a lot of strange things started to happen . Luckily, a very respected well known business owner let me know that he used to live in my neighborhood and that his neighbors started asking him about business matters and personal matters when he saw them . He realized that they were asking him questions that were actually private conversations that he had with his wife and in his home. He confronted them about it . Nothing but excellent things to say about Jann and the team at Timberline Properties! Being that I had already relocated to SC for work, I needed an agent in close proximity and noticed Jann traditionally represents properties in a concentrated area of Western NC. After calling, I realized we were practically neighbors and she assured me she would be available to show my house at all times. Jann showed up on-site within 12 hours of my original call and loved my property. Jann Godwin was absolutely fabulous with listing and selling my property!!! The aerial drone shots of the property were stunning! Great communication plus follow up. I would highly recommend this very knowledgeable realtor.
