We got very fast service. I oil furnace went out on a Friday night and by Tuesday afternoon, someone from Superior Heating was out looking at our house and within 5 days we had a new Heat Pump installed with a 10 kw heat strip. These guys are very fast and very honest. Superior Heating did their very best to get us heat as fast as possible.My wife and I and most importantly our pets really appreciate their hard work!!!

I had excellent service. I was seen within 48hrs of my call for service on my heat pump central air system. Staff was friendly and professional. I was given a choice of appointment times in morning or afternoon. The staff that came to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly sorted out the cause and verified the component that needed replacing. Worked quickly and cleanly. They were able to secure a replacement component within just a couple days and had it installed with another short visit. As they finished they checked the entire system to ensure no other issues. I was very pleased.
