We had major landslide damage to the only road into our subdivision. Phillips Grading responded quickly after the hurricane, prepared a complete and concise estimate, developed an innovative solution that saved us a lot of money, and executed the project in a timely and professional manner. We came in under budget and they left the road in great shape, making sure the existing culverts and drains were clear and the ditches were regraded to ensure good drainage. They were very accessible and responsive to all of our concerns and questions.
